Managed to catch Wicked at the Gershwin theater on broadway! I was excited to the maximum, was saying "yayyy" a lot.Didn't manage to grab discounted tickets at the tkts booths, damn they were all selling fast! Wanted to catch Book of Mormon or War Horse but they were all sold out for months. I'll just watch the Steven Spielberg version.

After the musical, we walked out to a mini hurricane.
I exaggerate, but still reallllly cold with all that wind and rain! Ran all the way to the subway station and back to our neighborhood breakfast cafe across the street of our hotel.

Wicked was great.

Its my last student year.

Being young is a very valid excuse to not have a proper job. Have long school holidays without worrying about "leaves" I have to take. Being able to go out on weekdays and avoid all weekend crowds. Have excursions, go to parties, go budget traveling, scream for Westlife and spend time with friends I grow up with. But I spend more than i earn, eat more than I can afford, shop more than I need and enjoy the little (paid)perks in life only a full time working adult should be affording.

After I retire from 14 years of school, I would be making a little more money...
but all else is currently a blur.

I wish I had all the time in the world.........

So tired, random musings at 318 am. I have so much to study for! Can't wait to get the exams over and done with! This semester is realllllly screwed up. I think I never get sick of Thai food. and pasta. I love pasta.............! Feel like I haven't had McDonald's for the longest time. Maybe tomorrow.

Went to get my stitches removed today. Healing like flowers...

Day 2

Exactly 24 hours after the surgery.

I woke up at 4am yesterday to a lot of blood clots which freaked me out, thought i was dying with all that blood coming out of me. IS THAT NORMAL?

Went back to sleep at 6 and woke up this afternoon to a giant blood clot lodged on the extracted area covering the tooth beside it as well. Yes it is gross. Blood tastes gross.It looks like a bloody slug.
Good thing is that nothing hurts.... YET.

But i have been Googling ALOT.

SO it is normal for a blood clot to form after surgery in the hole where your former tooth was at. This blood clot is supposed to act as a protective layer and slowly heal into tissues and what not. But it is apparently very easy for the clot to get dislodged resulting in dry socket where the hole is now prone to inflammation which is said to be veryyyyyyy painful. I think my former clot dislodged yesterday night and this slug is too big to be true.

I really suspect that. Ok Its supposed to take 3-4 days before it starts hurting like a bitch (Or heal like flowers). I shall wait and see.

Day 1

Went to the dentist today thinking I was gonna get 1 extraction but ended up getting 2. The jabs wasn't half as bad as I predicted. Actually it was not bad at all.
Having my jaw wide open for 90 minutes plus the drilling and extreme tugging was kinda the worst parts.

Now 3 hours post surgery, no swelling,I stop swallowing blood and the anesthetic has worn off.

Not all that bad....... Feeling super sore and that's more or less it.
Please stay that way and heal in time for a wedding dinner tomorrow night. GAH.

I've realized I stopped taking photos wherever I go!

My trusty Canon with scrapped paint is sitting on my shelf, battery drained and all. I think it all started with me wanting to bring it out one day only to realize its battery was empty.

Then I decided "Oh crap, Ok next time". And the next time never came around because I always had the excuse. "Shit I didn't bring it out because the battery was flat! Next time."

The battery has been flat ever since.

Im charging it now, shall not be lazy and start documenting days and occasions! I like browsing through photo folders every now and then.

Tumblr is amazing, sometimes the pictures make me want to cry. But i dont. Because they are too pretty. This is my new wallpaper replacing my tiles of MacDonald's french fries ( I had a massive craving the other day). Forever young.

I cleared my cupboard of jutting hangers and it is now half empty now.

I have negative feelings towards a lack of clothes thus my glass (metaphoric, actually means cupboard) is half empty. Hopefully I make some money to fill them back up!!

Makes me realize how i only pick clothes from the far right of my cupboard and barely touch those on the left.
Why is that so...?
Maybe cause its mostly filled with ugly cardigans and dresses I have never or will, ever wear. Which i now hope someone else would appreciate....!

1) I lost my voice. Hence, losing the ability to sing, decently. I can still hum very manly husky tunes.
2) The buzzing city which I am in today is raining and the humidity is unacceptable. Grass is old, smelly and muddy.
3) I have school. I am broke. Friends are working. Pictures I could do........
4) SOLD OUT LAH

School this semester has a totally different vibe to it.
Can't wait for this 4 months to zoom by and get exams over and done with.
Guess change really is the only constant in life.

Received shocking news yesterday night, had the longest day today.

Street food in Chiangmai

There's Sizzler and Starbucks ok! Not all that kampung.

This was new and interesting! You start by picking out those raw vegges from the basin and put them on your plate. Then the quirky singing vendor proceeds to squash up those fried rice balls and toss them around in fish sauce, pig skin, chilie, prawn, peanuts and other random stuff I conveniently forgot.

Something really different but its pretty good! Love this shot of Fiona! SO HAPPY N YUMMY.

This vermicelli salad is deee bombbbbbbbbbb.........! The lady didn't speak English and we had no idea what she was selling. We picked n mixed random stuff and it turned out to be this awesome shit. SUPER SPICY. Each time i have vermicelli salad, I think about you.... Nothing can compare. Hahaha YOU D BOMB
